Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive – International BPO

Shift Timings: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (based on process)

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience and communication skills) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls for international customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products/services.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Document call details and maintain customer records.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and call quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
