Job Title: Customer Care Executive – International BPO
Shift Timings: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (based on process)
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience and communication skills) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document call details and maintain customer records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and call quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
