CTC : Upto 5 LPA
Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet personal and team targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer queries and communicate suggestions for improvement.
