Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to improve service quality.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently on-site in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Graduation must
