We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone & email)
Who we are looking for?
- Only graduates can apply (No B.tech & BCA)
- Prior BPO experience
- Good Spoken Hindi & English
- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
- Typing Speed – 30 WPM
- Call Handling Etiquette
