We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone & email)

Who we are looking for?

  • Only graduates can apply (No B.tech & BCA)
  • Prior BPO experience
  • Good Spoken Hindi & English
  • Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
  • Typing Speed – 30 WPM
  • Call Handling Etiquette
