Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Minimum 3 years of experience handling US customers

Must be punctual and have a strong commitment to attendance (No absences)

Must be able to work night shifts 10:30PM to 7:30AM

Minimum education qualification: Graduation

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, or chat.

Provide professional and empathetic customer service to US-based clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Work efficiently within the given KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
