We’re looking for a friendly, fashion-savvy, and solution-oriented

Customer Support Executive

to join our team. As the voice of our brand, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional support across all customer touchpoints—answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned tone.Assist with order placements, tracking, exchanges, returns, and general product inquiries.Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning negative experiences into positive ones.Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to resolve issues quickly (e.g., delays, size swaps, or damaged items).

Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years experience in customer support, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, brand-consistent voice.Strong multitasking and time management skills.
