  • Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

  • Follow up with clients to provide updates on the status of transactions or requests.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database or CRM system.

  • Coordinate property showings, schedule appointments, and assist with event planning related to open houses or real estate exhibitions.

  • Process documents such as contracts, agreements, and property disclosures.

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in responding to online inquiries and directing potential clients to sales agents.

  • Share marketing materials, brochures, or property details with clients.

  • Support promotional efforts, including preparing and distributing property listings or advertisements.

  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Handle urgent or unexpected client issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Meditate concerns between buyers, sellers, and agents when necessary.

  • Knowledge Building: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and local real estate regulations.
