- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Coordinate property showings, schedule appointments, and assist with event planning related to open houses or real estate exhibitions.
- Process documents such as contracts, agreements, and property disclosures.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in responding to online inquiries and directing potential clients to sales agents.
- Share marketing materials, brochures, or property details with clients.
- Support promotional efforts, including preparing and distributing property listings or advertisements.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Handle urgent or unexpected client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meditate concerns between buyers, sellers, and agents when necessary.
- Knowledge Building: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and local real estate regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge about company policies, services, and real estate inventory.
