Job Description

This full-time on-site NIGHT/EVENING SHIFT Customer Support Analyst role in the Kolkata metropolitan area involves providing exceptional customer and technical support, resolving issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Daily Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

  • Troubleshooting technical problems
  • Analyzing customer needs
  • Delivering effective solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Critical customer support skills
  • Technical support and troubleshooting expertise
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent email writing and reading skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and ChatGPT can be an asset
  • Superior communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • CRM system experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
