As a Customer Support Associate , you’ll be the front line of communication between MediaMint and our clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and friendly support, resolving client issues, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement
– Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, professional manner
– Foster positive client relationships by understanding their goals and concerns
Issue Resolution
– Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick, effective resolution
Product Expertise
– Gain deep knowledge of our advertising products and services
– Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices
Documentation & Reporting
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
– Identify recurring issues and provide insights for product/service improvements
Team Collaboration
– Work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
– Share client feedback to help shape support strategy and product development
What You Bring
– 2+ years of experience in customer support (AdTech or marketing industry preferred)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
– Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom)
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
– Team player with a proactive, self-driven mindset
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
– Flexibility to work US hours (night shift)
