Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken, and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, offline role at our Sikar office, best suited for someone who is passionate about client service, personal growth, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, in person and recommending products based on their needs while addressing order status, product details, and payment concerns.
– Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of issues
– Actively contribute to a positive and supportive office culture
What We’re Looking For
– Fluent in English & Hindi
– Strong and confident verbal & written communication
– basic knowledge of financial and stock market
– Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft office , google sheets ,CRM platforms .
– Disciplined, smart, hardworking, and eager to learn
– Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities responsibly
– Minimum education: Graduate (any stream). Freshers are welcome.
– Passionate for financial markets .
Work Details
– Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
– Location: Offline work from our Sikar, Rajasthan office
Compensation
– Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skills & experience)
– Observation Period: 1 month
– Salary hike after 1 month based on performance & dedication
– Full assistance with accommodation and food for outstation candidates
