Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints via direct messages on Instagram, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Data entry across various platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate degree
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support/customer relationship preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Good knowledge of MS-Office & Google Sheets
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
