Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support across all customer touchpoints, including:

- Collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1–2 years experience in customer support, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, brand-consistent voice.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
