Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional support across all customer touchpoints, including:

  • Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and social media in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Assisting with order placements, tracking, exchanges, returns, and general product inquiries.
  • Handling complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years experience in customer support, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, brand-consistent voice.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
