Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Customer Support Representative
to be SayaCare’s friendly and reliable voice. This on-site role in Noida requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. You’ll handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone who chooses us for their health needs.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information regarding products, test reports, delivery status, and pricing
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal tools
Coordinate with operations and pharmacy teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied
Contribute to process improvement and maintain a high standard of service
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication
skills in both English and Hindi
Empathetic listener with a
patient, solution-oriented
approach
Diligent note-taker , quick learner, and a
critical thinker
Detail-oriented
and committed to following processes
Prior customer service experience in
healthcare or pharma
is a plus
Comfortable with working in a
fast-paced startup environment
