Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, empathetic, and solution-oriented, capable of handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with patience and clarity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or collections role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Should be comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational week offs.
- Day shift: 9-hour workday (generally 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
