Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process at our Noida location. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.- Resolve queries related to products/services over the phone.- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide accurate information.- Follow up on customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.- Maintain call logs and update customer interaction records.- Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
