Job Description
At Nerige Story we work closely with India’s artisans digging deep into India’s artisanal heritage with a goal to reimagine and present traditional clothing in a way that is completely refreshing and unique. We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Associate to manage all our sales & support conversation across various platforms including social media & Whatsapp. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. The role will report directly to the co-founders.
Responsibilities
– Respond to all incoming enquiries on Social Media and other chat based business platforms such as Whatsapp
– Respond to all incoming voice based sales & support enquiries
– Have a sales mindset- approach each customer conversation with the intent to close
– Ensure all customer support and service requests are addressed in a timely manner
– Respond via email for all customer exchange & return requests
– Willingness to work in shifts ( 3 pm- 12 am)

Qualifications
– Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
– Self motivated and an inclination to work independently
– Prior experience in customer support/ chat support
– Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Bachelors Degree
Remuneration:
