Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills to design engaging and user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, technology, and user experience, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects. Key Responsibilities : – Design and enhance user interfaces for websites and web applications. – Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. – Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement intuitive designs. – Translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions. – Maintain consistency across web applications and improve usability standards. – Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs. – Optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. – Work on branding, layouts, typography, color theory, and iconography. Key Skills Required : – UI/UX Design – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic understanding) – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) – Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD – Responsive and Mobile-first Design – Prototyping Tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.) – UX Research & Usability Testing – Knowledge of design systems and web accessibility Qualification : – Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). – Certification in UI/UX design or web design is an added advantage.
