Job Description :

As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all projects across the company. You will manage a team of project managers, ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, and resolve issues effectively. In this strategic role, you will ensure that all project milestones are met, client expectations are managed, and any challenges are addressed swiftly. Should issues arise that cannot be resolved at the project level, you will escalate them to the leadership team, ensuring no project is left at risk.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Management :


– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver projects successfully.

– Ensure alignment across teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.

– Define and implement strategies to improve delivery processes and project outcomes.

Project Delivery Oversight :

– Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected quality standards.

– Oversee project planning, tracking, and execution across multiple client engagements, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.

– Monitor project risks, scope creep, and blockers, taking proactive measures to resolve them.

Issue Identification & Resolution :

– Identify issues affecting project progress and resolve them in a timely manner.

– Work with project managers to ensure effective problem-solving and removal of roadblocks.

– If issues cannot be resolved at the project level, escalate them to the leadership team with a

clear action plan for resolution.

Client & Stakeholder Management :


– Act as the escalation point for both internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and transparent communication.

– Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

– Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively, and any changes in scope or timelines are communicated promptly.

Attendance in Scrums :

– Attend all internal scrums and client scrums to identify potential bottlenecks and anticipate

future challenges in the delivery process.

– Provide guidance to teams during scrums to keep projects on track and foresee any issues

that could impact timelines or quality.

Process Improvement :


– Continuously assess and refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

– Implement best practices for project management, communication, and documentation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting :

– Track project performance through metrics such as time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

– Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team regarding the status of key

projects.
