Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their vision, preferences, lifestyle, and expectations.
- Create and present pitch presentations, mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, material boards, and design concepts.
- Assist clients in selecting furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the overall design.
- Work closely with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent is carried through execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, materials, and innovations.
- Provide detailed documentation of design specifications and selections.
- E nsure client satisfaction through excellent communication, regular follow-ups, and attention to detail.
- Support sales by offering expert advice during design presentations and walkthroughs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in interior design or design consultancy roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality design solutions.
