Job Title: Design Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire interior design process for office spaces. You will lead design teams, ensure project alignment with business goals, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors. This role requires expertise in 2D space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, and project execution, ensuring optimal design outcomes and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead the interior design team in conceptualizing and executing office space designs.
  • Develop and oversee 2D layout plans and 3D visualizations for multiple projects.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to capture and implement design goals.
  • Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions for office spaces.

Execution & Coordination:

  • Oversee the development of technical drawings for electrical, plumbing, and other necessary installations.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and installation, ensuring alignment with designs.
  • Provide revisions and updates based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.

3D Visualization & Presentation:

  • Guide the team in creating high-quality 3D renders using V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
  • Develop immersive interior presentations for clients and investors.
  • Optimize 3D models for lighting, material selection, and realistic finishes.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (for 2D layouts & technical drawings).
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Advanced knowledge of V-Ray & Corona Renderer for high-quality visualizations.
  • Experience in zoning, safety codes, and layout planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in space planning, material selection, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Candidates with experience in space planning, renovation, and construction preferred.
