Job Description
We have an opportunity in our Projects division for Electrical Design & Engineering role of EHV Substation based at our Airoli Office, detailed JD attached for your ready reference.
Brief about the Projects business –
The Projects Division undertakes Design, Engineering Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Turnkey Projects for the following:
Outdoor EHV & HV Switchyards up to and including 220 kV
Indoor Sub-stations, Overhead and Under Ground Distribution Systems
Industrial Electrification for lighting and power distribution
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering
Experience: two to eight years with experience in design and engineering of Substation projects
Work Location: No. 2, MIDC, Thane Belapur Road, Opp. Airoli Railway Station, Airoli (E), Navi Mumbai – 400708
Work hours: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm, Work from Office-6 days a week, all Saturdays working
Technical Responsibilities:
Devising following design documents & drawings for switchyard:
- SLD Preparation
- Switchyard Plan & Section Layout
- Switchyard Erection Key Diagram
- Switchyard Earthing Calculation
- Layouts – Cabling, Lighting and Earthing
- Cable sizing and Interconnection Cable Schedule
- Preparing cable harness /wiring chart
- Design of Junction boxes, ACDB, DCDB, BMK
- Short circuit Force Calculation
- Sag Tension Calculation
- CT Sizing calculation
- Review of All Drawings coming from Vendor
- Review of Civil & Structure Drawings
