We are seeking a skilled Development Lead for a manufacturer in Chennai that offers products and solutions for a strong and sustainable world.

In your role as Development Lead – Digital Commerce, you are responsible for full stack development in E-commerce domain

– Lead the development, and deployment of a composable e-commerce solution based on commerce tools, utilizing a headless and micro-service architecture.

– Oversee the work of a cross-functional development team, including backend, frontend, and integration developers.

– Ensure that all development efforts align with business goals and technical requirements, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

– Collaborate closely with Product Management, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables.

– Mentor and support team members, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development environment.

– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our e-commerce platform and development processes.

– Coordinate and manage integrations with third-party services, particularly through the Boomi platform, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
