Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
Identify opportunities for brand growth across digital channels.
SEO and SEM
Implement SEO best practices to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
Social Media Marketing
Design and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms.
Build and nurture an online community that enhances brand awareness and loyalty.
Website Management
Oversee website updates, content management, and optimization for user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure the site aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards.
Performance and Sales Analysis
Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs to measure success and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive e-commerce growth through product listings, promotions, and merchandising.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, setup, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
Shopify Management
Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
Drive Full-Funnel Growth Strategies:
Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR framework), tailored to the Indian market and leveraging local insights.
Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes (including local competitors), and internal data to pinpoint key levers for expansion in the Mumbai and broader Indian context.
Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs across various touchpoints (landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, in-app messaging) to optimize conversion rates and improve key growth metrics specific to the Indian user base and their preferences.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), churn rate, and activation rates, providing regular reports and insights specific to the Indian market performance.
Develop and manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically across different channels and initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets within the Indian market constraints and opportunities.
Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to personalize customer journeys, automate growth processes, and improve engagement and conversion rates for users in Mumbai and beyond.
Stay abreast of the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the rapidly evolving Indian digital ecosystem, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or something similar that shows your foundational knowledge.
You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing trenches, with a significant focus on making performance marketing campaigns shine.
You're a Google Ads whiz, with a deep understanding of how to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping. You know your way around bidding strategies, keyword research like the back of your hand, and setting up accurate conversion tracking.
You're also a Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) expert, knowing how to target the right audiences, choose the most effective ad formats, and implement the Facebook pixel like a pro to track results and retarget effectively.
You're comfortable navigating and extracting insights from web analytics tools (especially Google Analytics) and reporting platforms.
You have excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, able to explain complex digital concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams.
You're a highly organized and efficient project manager, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
You have a proactive, results-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance and achieve measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a definite plus.
