We are seeking a skilled digital marketer who specializes in performance marketing. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Planning: Develop and oversee paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless execution and optimal ROI.
  • Performance Metrics Management: Regularly track and optimize metrics such as CAC, CTR, and ROAS to drive campaign success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and analytics teams to enhance funnel efficiency and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Apply performance lens to SEO efforts and collaborate with content teams to develop organic traffic-building initiatives.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Accurately track, report, and present campaign performance to key stakeholders, driving informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing at a consumer-facing startup.
  • Paid Channel Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Digital Performance Tools: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.
  • SEO Understanding: Working knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to user acquisition strategies.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform campaign optimization decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing fintech or app-based products.
  • Knowledge of ASO, affiliate marketing, or influencer-led performance campaigns.
