Manager – Digital Marketing
Additional Roles & Responsibilities: –
- Campaign Development and Execution: Craft and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. These campaigns will target specific audience segments to maximize lead generation and engagement.
- SEO & PPC Management: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of SEO and PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, , and Facebook/Instagram. Focus on optimizing these campaigns to drive significant inbound traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Backlink Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, enhance our SEO efforts and improve our online authority and search engine rankings.
- & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the management of and other social media accounts. Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive marketing goals.
- Digital Property Management: Take full ownership of all digital properties, including the company website, review sites, Google properties (like Google My Business), and other online platforms. Ensure these properties align with our overall marketing strategies and maintain a cohesive digital presence.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze consumer insights to better understand and target key audience segments based on their preferences and behaviors.
- Website Management: Oversee the continuous development of our website from a marketing and SEO perspective. Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure our web presence fully supports our marketing strategies.
- HubSpot Management: Manage our HubSpot marketing automation platform, monitoring key metrics such as MQLs, opportunities, revenue, and other activities. Oversee email marketing, landing page management, and ensure effective CRM integration and automation.
- Budgets and Reporting: Take charge of our marketing budgets, working closely with the MIS and Finance teams to manage and track spending. Regularly analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Performance Analytics and Data Compliance: Utilize advanced analytics to refine digital marketing strategies and ensure strict compliance with data management SOPs and external audits.
- Database/Lead Generation & Management: Manage and enhance the database for lead generation activities, ensuring effective tracking and nurturing of leads to drive conversions.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor our digital marketing team, promoting the continuous acquisition of new skills and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to boost productivity and marketing effectiveness.
Additional Skills:
- Experience conducting keyword research, building ad-groups, and optimizing campaigns toward down-funnel metrics.
- Hands on experience managing and optimizing paid search and paid social tactics, leveraging key tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Campaign Manager.
- skilled in utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making.
- Proven creative thinking that can generate and execute innovative marketing ideas for integrated campaigns.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Location – Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Noida, Ahmedabad & Vadodara
Shift time – UK Shift (12.30pm IST to 10pm IST)
