Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

BharatGG is a 2-year-old marketing agency working with international clients in the Web3 and Gaming sectors. With a team of 11 passionate individuals, we’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of our campaign operations and team management.

What You’ll Do

– Lead and manage a team of 4 marketing associates.
– Own and execute marketing campaigns for multiple Web3 (Crypto/Ai) and gaming clients.
– Communicate with influencers, vendors, and partner agencies.
– Oversee data tracking, campaign performance reports, and client-facing insights.
– Discover and onboard new partners, tools, influencers, and communities.
– Maintain high standards in execution and deliverables across all projects.

Requirements

– Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or brand-side).
– Prior experience managing teams or junior executives is a strong advantage.
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work across multiple campaigns and timelines without missing a beat.
– Bonus: Exposure to Web3, gaming, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns.
