Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven digital marketing professional to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.

Website SEO/SEM:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Implement and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms, to increase visibility and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.

Content Strategy and Management:

  • Create and manage a social media content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and podcasts.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT services industry.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
