Job Description

Senior Manager-Digital Marketing:
Drive and optimize our performance marketing efforts across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, , Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
-Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency across all paid media channels.
-Analyze performance metrics, conduct ROI analysis, and produce regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
-8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
-Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, , Programmatic, etc.).
