About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies (Meta, Google, YouTube, , SEO, etc.)
  • Manage a team of performance marketers, content creators, and ad buyers
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, performance tracking & optimization
  • Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
  • Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategy suggestions

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5+ years in digital marketing with proven success in performance marketing
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in managing teams and multiple client accounts
  • Creative mindset with data analysis skills
