Salary range – 9 -13 LPA

Role Overview: 

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovative and cutting-edge marketing strategies that include viral marketing campaigns, managing SEO initiatives, optimizing eCommerce performance, and overseeing website management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Viral Marketing & Campaigns: 

  • Develop and implement viral marketing strategies, including leveraging unconventional channels and methods (e.g., dark web, social platforms, etc.) to create buzz and drive traffic. 
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and online communities to amplify brand presence. 
  • Create engaging, shareable content and experiences that align with our brand identity. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Lead on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility. 
  • Conduct keyword research, develop SEO-friendly content, and ensure the optimization of all web pages for search engines. 
  • Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc., and adjust strategies to maximize results. 

eCommerce Strategy & Management: 

  • Oversee and optimize eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless user experience, customer conversion, and revenue growth. 
  • Implement effective product listing strategies, promotions, and marketing techniques to boost sales and customer engagement. 
  • Analyze and report on eCommerce KPIs and customer behavior to recommend growth strategies. 

Website Management & Optimization: 

  • Manage and maintain the company website(s), ensuring up-to-date content, functionality, and optimized user experience. 
  • Drive a 100% increase in eCommerce revenue through the optimization of product listings, promotions, and user experience improvements on platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce. 
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the site is visually appealing and fully optimized for performance (speed, mobile-friendly, etc.). 
  • Perform regular audits of the website to ensure accuracy and relevance of content. 

Data-Driven Decision Making: 

  • Utilize web analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions that improve marketing performance. 
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate campaign success, areas of improvement, and actionable insights. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all digital touchpoints. 
  • Lead efforts to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. 

Qualifications: 

  • 6-8 years of management experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on viral marketing, SEO, and eCommerce. 
  • Proven track record of successful viral campaigns, increasing organic traffic, and driving eCommerce growth. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), website analytics, and content management systems (CMS). 
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and online sales strategies. 
  • Ability to think creatively, stay ahead of digital marketing trends, and adapt quickly to changes in the landscape. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Understanding of the dark web as a marketing tool (for unconventional viral strategies), including risk management and ethical considerations. 

Desirable Skills: 

  • Experience with Canva, eCommerce platforms such an eBay, Walmart, etc. and paid SEO.   
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting for digital platforms. 
  • Background in UX/UI design or website optimization. 
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of basic coding or web development concepts is a plus.
