Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Role Overview:

We seek a digital media-focused leader to drive offline store visits and

revenue growth through omni-channel digital marketing. This role will lead store visit

campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and hyper-local marketing using data-driven digital

strategies to enhance footfall and conversions at our physical stores.

What you’ll be doing

Store Visits & Footfall Growth Strategy

– Develop and execute digital media campaigns to increase physical store walk-ins and in-store conversions.
– Utilize OCAPI (Offline Conversions API) to measure and optimise offline impact.

Omni-channel Digital Media & Performance Marketing

– Plan and execute Google Performance Max (Pmax) & Meta Store Direction campaigns.
– Manage and optimize Google, Meta, and YouTube ad campaigns focused on driving store visits.
– Leverage Google Pay, PhonePe, and CRED for creative engagement strategies that drive in-store visits.
– Work with hyper-local platforms (e.g., MyGate, Apartment Adda, No Broker, etc.) to drive awareness in key catchment areas.

Digital Content & Hyper-local Marketing

– Collaborate with Influencer Marketing & Content Teams to create regional digital content tailored for different store locations.
– Analyse and measure creative performance from influencer and regional content campaigns, providing insights and feedback for optimization.
– Implement local SEO, Google My Business (GMB) optimisations, and geo-targeted ad campaigns.

Data-Driven Digital Campaign Optimisation

 Work with internal teams to integrate digital marketing data with store sales

attribution models.

 Utilise CRM and loyalty programs to segment, re-target, and drive repeat visits.

 Track campaign ROI, footfall uplift, and cost per store visit using digital analytics

tools.

What we’re looking for

– 7+ years of experience in digital media, omnichannel marketing or performance marketing.
– Hands-on experience with Google Pmax, Meta Store Visit Ads, OCAPI integration.
– Strong expertise in hyper-local digital marketing strategies via MyGate, Apartment
– Adda, NoBroker, and other hyper-local platforms.
– Knowledge of Google Pay, PhonePe, and CRED for innovative digital engagement
– strategies (e.g., gamification, reward-based interactions).
– Ability to analyze store footfall data & optimise digital campaigns accordingly.
– Strong leadership & cross-functional collaboration skills.
