Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, you will own and lead the digital strategy, execution, and performance across all three verticals – real estate, events, and fashion. You will lead a team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to increase online presence, customer engagement, and revenue across platforms. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution ability, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth
– Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate, event, and fashion verticals.
– Drive ROI-focused marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, influencer collaborations, email, and performance media.
– Identify digital growth opportunities and develop quarterly marketing roadmaps.
Execution & Optimization
– Manage lead generation campaigns (B2C and B2B) for real estate projects, D2C fashion products, and event bookings.
– Oversee execution of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
– Drive traffic and conversions across brand websites, marketplaces, and social channels.
– Optimize customer journey and sales funnel using data and analytics.
Team Management & Collaboration
– Lead and mentor an internal marketing team including content creators, designers, SEO/SEM experts, and social media managers.
– Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing strategies.
– Manage vendor and agency relationships when required.
Brand, Content & Communication
– Oversee brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
– Lead storytelling initiatives and content strategy for digital channels.
– Ensure strong brand identity and positioning in all verticals.
Analytics & Reporting
– Track KPIs across channels using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
– Generate insights from campaigns and deliver regular performance reports.
– Own and manage the marketing budget across verticals.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
– 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven multi-brand or multi-industry experience.
– Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, Email, CMS).
– Experience working in or marketing real estate, fashion, or events is a strong plus.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
