Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copies and visuals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve overall campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Manage landing page performance in collaboration with the design and web team.
  • Lead marketing automation, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
