Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copies and visuals.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitor and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Manage landing page performance in collaboration with the design and web team.
- Lead marketing automation, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Expertise in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
