We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Design to lead our design team in creating innovative and user-centric products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities : – Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product design strategies and goals – Drive the development of new product concepts and features, from ideation to execution – Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and insights for product improvement – Oversee the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget – Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in product design Qualifications : – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field – Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role – Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful product design projects – Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders – Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges If you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for designing exceptional products, we would love to hear from you.
