Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to support HDFC Securities in driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting activity and variance analysis
- Opex / Capex analysis, report preparation and presentation to stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and hygiene of the monthly closing activities
- Assistance in budget preparation and tracking
- Driving continuous improvement in functional reporting, simplifying processes and leveraging existing systems
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
