Position – Deputy Manager / Manager – FP&A
Location -Okhla Phase 3 , Delhi
Function- Strategy and Corporate Development
Reports to (role): President – Strategy and Corporate Development
Working Days – 6(2 Saturdays WFH)
Candidate industry preference – Medical device or Pharma Industry
Salary Budget – Range between 14 to 20 Lac, based on experience and Qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
– Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
– Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
– Develop financial models and scenarios to support business decisions and assess potential risks and opportunities
– Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
– Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
– Support the evaluation of strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
– Develop business cases, including ROI analysis, for new initiatives or investments
Compliance & Governance
– Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and corporate governance policies
– Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management and external stakeholders
– Collaboration
– Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiative
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies
– Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment
Qualifications – Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
Experience -2 to 5 years in FP&A functions. Experience in Medical Devises / Pharmaceutical sector will be considered favorably.
