Job Title: Front-End Developer

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and friendly Development Team at Ziksu. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates passionate about design, performance, and code quality.

About the Role

You will make significant contributions to the mobile payments industry by bringing engineering excellence in innovating new features and functions in customer-centric applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing product requirements and designing implementations
  • Participating in integration testing

Requirements

The incumbent is expected to:

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Front-End Developer will include:

  • Developing responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React / Vue / Angular)
  • Translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, reusable components
  • Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Debugging and fixing cross-browser, accessibility, and responsive layout issues

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Proficiency in React.js (or Vue / Angular) and its ecosystem
  • Experience with version control tools like Git
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end with backend services
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimisation
  • Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn
  • Eye for detail and passion for clean, maintainable code
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or design discipline related)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in front-end development
  • Passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences to our users
