The Work We Do

We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don’t do any redesign).

We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including : Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in India. You will play a key role in translating design vision into high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly front-end solutions across multiple CMS platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes into clean, functional, and maintainable front-end code.
  • Work with design files provided by designers using tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and Sketch.
  • Design and maintain style guides and build reusable, scalable UI components based on approved designs.
  • Develop user-facing features and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Build high-quality HTML and CSS templates that are:
  • Fully responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes
  • Animation-oriented
  • WCAG AA compliant
  • SEO-friendly
  • Ensure optimal responsiveness and performance across browsers, devices, and breakpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, CMS developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Work with CMS backend teams to integrate style guides and components into dynamic CMS-driven content.
  • Implement front-end solutions within various CMS builders such as WordPress, Drupal, Elementor, Acquia Site Studio, Webflow Designer, and similar platforms.
  • Integrate front-end templates with backend systems and dynamic data sources.
  • Follow best practices for version control, build, and deployment pipelines using tools like Git.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Expertise in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
  • Strong experience with CSS pre-processors such as SCSS/SASS and LESS.
  • Robust Vanilla JavaScript skills (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of jQuery.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and similar systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows, build tools, and version control systems (Git).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js.
  • Backend development experience using PHP or .NET.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale or multi-brand CMS environments.
