Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Web Developer to join our creative and collaborative team. This role requires someone who can turn design mockups into fully functional, responsive, and accessible websites that reflect the purpose and personality of our clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern web development practices, passionate about clean design and code, and eager to contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact in the care sector.
As a front-end developer at CareCREATIVE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of care organisations — ensuring that each website not only looks exceptional but also performs effectively, provides a seamless user experience, and adheres to web accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

Build responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect web interfaces *(this is a must-have skill).
Ensure websites are optimised for speed, performance, and scalability.
Maintain code quality and follow best practices for clean, modular, and reusable code.

Collaboration

Work closely with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions aligned with project briefs.
Provide feedback during planning stages to improve feasibility and development efficiency.
Translate marketing goals into digital experiences that reflect brand values and messaging.

Maintenance and Optimisation

Conduct regular website updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.
Implement and maintain SEO-friendly markup and metadata structures.
Monitor and resolve front-end issues such as rendering bugs, layout shifts, or loading delays.
Ensure all websites meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance standards.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in front-end development.
Research and recommend tools or methods to enhance user interface design, interactivity, and development workflows.
Contribute to the evolution of CareCREATIVE’s web development standards and internal libraries

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in front-end web development.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
Hands-on experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Monthly CTC:

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR (commensurate with experience and skill level)
