Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and expertise. As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall design strategy. Responsibilities : UI Design : – Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. – Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. – Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. – Ensure consistency and coherence across all design deliverables. – Create micro-interactions and animations. User Research and Analysis : – Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. – Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. – Create user personas and user journeys. Collaboration and Communication : – Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and design solutions. – Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams. – Provide and receive constructive feedback. – Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs. Design Strategy and Innovation : – Contribute to the development of design strategies and best practices. – Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. – Explore and implement innovative design solutions. Required Technical Skills : UI Design Tools : – Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. – Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer. Design Principles : – Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. – Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices. – Understanding of responsive design. User Research : – Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. – Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into design decisions. Collaboration and Communication : – Excellent communication and presentation skills. – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. – Experience with version control for design files. Web Technologies (Desired) : – Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. – Knowledge of front end frameworks is a plus.
