Job Title: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Location: Chennai

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our ad agency If you have a passion for visual storytelling, are skilled in both 2D and 3D design, and can work independently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop engaging visual content for various platforms (digital, print, branding).
– Create designs for social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
– Edit and create short-form content such as reels for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, and product design to bring concepts to life.
– Freehand drawing and turning sketches into digital art for a wide range of projects.
– Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are of high quality.
– Take initiative and work independently to generate new design ideas and concepts.

Requirements:
– 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
– Proficiency in design software such as:
– Adobe Photoshop
– Illustrator
– InDesign
– Premiere Pro
– After Effects
– Blender (for 3D work)
– CorelDRAW
– Canva (for quick, social media-friendly designs)
– Strong understanding of both 2D and 3D design principles.
– Experience in editing videos and reels for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
– Freehand drawing skills and ability to convert sketches into digital art.
– Well-versed in sizes and measurement formats when using graphic design software.
– Self-starter who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
– Exceptional creativity and innovation.
– Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
– A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
– Languages: Proficiency in English, Tamil is required, Hindi is an added advantage.

Nice to Have:
– Experience with motion graphics or animation.
– Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
– Knowledge of AI tools for use with graphic design software to enhance productivity and creativity.
