Job Description : Hiring for Multiple Locations Roles and Responsibilities : – Develop and design innovative packaging solutions that resonate with the beverage market and reflect the brand’s identity. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align graphic design initiatives with marketing strategies and product objectives. – Create engaging and visually appealing point-of-sale materials that support sales campaigns and promotions effectively. – Leverage advanced design software to produce high-quality graphics and illustrations for marketing and packaging materials. – Conduct research and analysis of current design trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. – Ensure all graphic design projects comply with legal, brand, and technical requirements to maintain company standards. – Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality deliverables under tight schedules. – Contribute to team brainstorming sessions with creative ideas and suggestions to drive product and campaign success. – Develop visually engaging creatives for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements. – Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-consistent visuals for campaigns. – Ensure all designs align with the brands guidelines and messaging. – Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to enhance creativity. – Lead the design and copy development of brand campaigns across digital, print, social, motion, and internal communications. – Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to develop visually cohesive and conceptually strong assets. – Design and supervise creation of assets for UI/UX projects, brand collateral, pitch decks, presentations, and social campaigns. – Uphold brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries; evolve brand guidelines as needed. – Own project timelines, delivery quality, and feedback loops. Qualifications and Skills : – Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D visualization and design, especially in packaging contexts (Mandatory skill). – Experience in packaging design specifically for beverages, with a strong understanding of market trends (Mandatory skill). – Demonstrated ability in creative concepting to develop original ideas and designs that align with brand identity and appeal to the target audience. – Strong expertise in creating point-of-sale materials that effectively promote product features and benefits to drive sales. – Solid proficiency in CorelDRAW for creating professional-grade graphic designs and illustrations that meet project specifications. – Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for editing and optimizing graphic content to enhance visual presentation and quality. – Competence in packaging visualization to transform concepts into compelling three-dimensional representations suitable for marketing purposes. – Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
