Your daily tasks will include:
Crafting visuals: Design stunning graphics that capture our culture and values, making our brand shine.
Elevating our presence: Create engaging content for our social media channels that showcases our people and perks.
Defining our narrative: Collaborate on developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects who we are and why we’re awesome.
Bringing posts to life: Transform listings into visually appealing and inviting graphics that attract top talent.
Empowering our team: Work with employees to create content that highlights their stories and experiences.
Measuring impact: Track engagement and feedback on your designs to continuously improve and innovate.
Owning the socials: From LinkedIn to Instagram, craft content that highlights our people, perks, and personality.
