About the role:

1. Collaborate with L&D specialists and instructional designer to design learning aids and communication material.

2. Develop static and motion graphics (GIFs, simple animations) for learning content and social sharing.

3. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials.

4. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

5. Manage and organize a central repository of design assets for reuse and version control.

6. Design learning assets such as course slides, PDFs, self-paced modules, virtual classroom decks and training videos.

7. Apply UX and UI principles to ensure clear, intuitive, and consistent learner experiences.

8. Ensure visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and storytelling style.

9. Support video-based learning: edit recordings, add voiceovers, create intros/outros, add animations.

10. Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar to polish and package learning videos.

11. Stay updated on design trends, edtech tools, and new ways to make learning exciting.

12. Create high-quality infographics, visual frameworks, icons, and process diagrams to simplify complex information.

13. Design digital certificates, feedback forms, banners, and campaigns to support training initiatives and learner engagement.

Skills looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2. 2–4 years of experience in graphic design

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After

Effects).

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.

6. Ability to understand learning outcomes and translate them into effective visuals.

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual team environment.

8. Experience with UI/UX design or working knowledge of tools like Figma/Sketch.

9. Ability to work with motion graphics and short-form video content.

10. Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design in digital content.

11. experience in L&D or ed-tech industry is a plus.

12. Experience designing for adult learners in a professional services or consulting context.
