Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Dynamic Events, a leading event management company based in Pune, is seeking an innovative and effective Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development/Client Service team to produce new collateral and enhance visual impact while adhering to client/brand guidelines.
  • Create themes, backdrop designs, venue layouts, branding, and other event communications that capture attention and convey the right message.
  • Push creative boundaries to design one-of-a-kind, amazing, and inspiring visual designs that tell a story.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery, including printing requirements, approvals, and quality control.
  • Utilize graphic design expertise and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Develop novel and out-of-the-box concepts that propel the company’s mission forward.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Show a high sense of aesthetics and detail.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic design disciplines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative visualization, and conceptualization.
  • A high sense of aesthetics and detail.
  • A solid understanding of basic design disciplines.
  • A degree in design, fine arts, or a similar subject is preferred.
