Job Description

We are seeking a multi-skilled Graphic Designer  to join our growing creative team. This role requires a balance of creativity, visual storytelling, and practical execution. You’ll work across various media formats—digital, print, branding, presentations, campaign creatives, and more. From social posts to brochures, logo systems to pitch decks, your work will help shape how our clients and their audiences see the world.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

  • Design static and animated creatives for social media, digital ads, presentations, and websites
  • Create print materials including brochures, flyers, packaging, invites, and banners
  • Build engaging and professional brand assets, including logos, brand guidelines, mockups, and visual systems

 Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with marketing, performance, content, and strategy teams to develop campaign visuals
  • Translate briefs and brand narratives into powerful visual communication
  • Adapt creatives for multiple formats and placements (print, web, mobile, outdoor, etc.)

Brand Consistency & Delivery

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials
  • Maintain organised file systems and follow naming conventions
  • Deliver assets in proper specs, sizes, and formats for various use cases

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva Pro , or similar collaboration tools
  • Good sense of layout, typography, color theory , and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to design for different objectives: storytelling, branding, conversion, or engagement
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines, multiple projects, and cross-functional teams

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Video editing or motion graphics
  • UI/UX design for landing pages or apps
  • Knowledge of print production or packaging
  • Experience working with performance marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent (not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design work across mediums
  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate feedback
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
