Job Description

Required Skill Set Graphic Designer (2 4 Years) 1. Design & Creative Skills

  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Ability to translate technical/engineering concepts into clean, modern visuals
  • Experience designing for B2B technology or engineering domains (preferred)

2. Software & Tools Expertise

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma (for website/UI designs)
  • Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for motion graphics & video edits)
  • Canva (for quick iterations)
  • Basic understanding of 3D tools (Blender or equivalent) – optional but good to have

3. Website Design Capabilities

  • Experience creating web page layouts, banners, icons, and UI components
  • Ability to follow and expand brand guidelines
  • Understanding of responsive design principles
  • Basic familiarity with website CMS handover requirements (WordPress/Wix)

4. Social Media Design Skills

  • Ability to design carousel posts, infographics, reels, video promos, and static creatives
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling
  • Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) content formats
  • Ability to maintain consistency across all platforms

5. Sales & Marketing Collateral

  • Experience designing:
    • Sales decks & pitch decks
    • One-pagers
    • Brochures
    • Event booths / backdrops
    • Technical diagrams simplified for marketing
  • Ability to convert technical content into clear, compelling visuals

6. Motion Graphics

  • Creating short animations for social media, product explainers, and reels
  • Animated iconography, transitions, and micro-animations
  • Experience exporting optimized video formats for social platforms

7. Collaboration & Communication

  • Ability to work closely with marketing + engineering teams
  • Comfortable revising based on feedback
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity systems.
  • Good communication skills to clearly understand requirements, present design concepts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

8. Additional Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals
  • Ability to create storyboards
  • Experience with B2B technology branding
  • Basic copy/layout sense for design text balance
