Job Description

1. Creative Conceptualization
Come up with creative ideas and visual plans that help solve project-related problems and show how the final design will look and work.
2. Creative Designing
Understand the design requirements and create original artwork and design concepts that match the brief.
3. Video Shoot and Editing
Select relevant videos, short clips, and images, then edit and arrange them to make appealing visual content. Stay updated with the latest editing tools and trends.
4. Internal Approvals
Make sure to get necessary approvals from the internal team and management before moving forward with any design-related work.
5. Coordination with Teams and Directors
Work closely with teams like e-commerce and marketing, as well as directors, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
5. Website Development, UAT & Content Management
Handle website content updates, design layouts, improve user experience, and ensure smooth navigation. Also, test the website from a user’s perspective and improve online visibility and performance.
6. Coordination with Agencies
Work with external agencies and internal teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and making sure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
7. Campaign Ideation
Gather and develop new ideas for marketing campaigns to help create fresh and effective promotions.
8. Team Coordination
Lead and support your team by assigning tasks, resolving issues, motivating members, and reporting progress to management.
9. Digital Sales Tracking & Reporting
Collect and analyze digital sales data to identify trends and improve future performance.
10. Digital Asset Management
Be in charge of organizing, storing, and protecting all digital assets like images, videos, and documents, using a proper digital management system.
11. Event Support (As Needed)
Help with setting up and running events, provide basic assistance to visitors, and support the team with related tasks when required.
