Job Summary:
Active participation in Prexel’s 3Es Program (Program to grow exponentially professionally and personally)
Branding:
Develop and evolve visual identities, brand guidelines, and creative assets.
Create compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, presentations, packaging, and social media.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align branding with business goals.
UI/UX Design:
Design clean, user-centered UI solutions for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Work closely with product managers and developers to implement and refine designs.
It’s the right role for a Professional who:
Is a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with strong fundamentals in Branding and UI/UX Design
Possesses 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (branding + UI/UX)
Have a strong portfolio showcasing both branding and UI/UX work
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
Understanding of design for multiple screen sizes and responsive layouts
Can open-mindedly and rapidly adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
Want a platform where he/she can produce the proudest work of his/her careers
Is a self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
Can identify issues and provide smart solutions
Thrive in a culture of sharing, inclusiveness, and learning
A reasonable level of exposure and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Is comfortable starting in-person (Night Shift) at our Vadodara, GJ office from June 1st, 2025.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or familiarity with front-end development.
