Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Namshi. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life through compelling, high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience across digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with the Creative and Brand teams to develop innovative designs that elevate our storytelling, enhance user engagement, and strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Design and execute visually engaging assets for campaigns, website, app, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with Namshi’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Lead, Marketing, and UX teams to develop design solutions that support business goals and create meaningful customer experiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Execution: Translate creative concepts into final deliverables, from ideation to production, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on storytelling.
  • Trend Integration: Stay updated with design, fashion, and digital trends, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into your creative work.
  • Innovation: Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and AI technologies to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design files, templates, and brand assets for cross-functional team use.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proof all designs to ensure high standards of accuracy and production readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industries.
  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma and AI-powered design tools is a plus.
  • Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, digital layouts, and branding work.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout, with a commitment to delivering polished, professional designs.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and respond to feedback with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
